Community Pride, Inc. of Charleston County recently presented Durlach Associates with the Captain Pride Award for demonstrating excellent environmental stewardship practices. Durlach Associates developed and manages two of Charleston’s premier Green Buildings: Parkshore Centre and 25 Calhoun. 25 Calhoun is Charleston’s first building to achieve LEED certification for Core & Shell. Parkshore Centre is Charleston’s first multi-tenant office building to achieve LEED certification for Operations & Maintenance as well as an Energy Star rating by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
