Developers: Durlach Associates and Landmark Enterprises, are pleased to announce strong leasing activity at Gateway Mount Pleasant, a 65,000 SF Class-A office building under construction at 235 Magrath Darby Boulevard. The project is being built by Choate Construction and will serve as their Charleston Headquarters upon completion in October 2018. Financing is being provided by South State Bank.
The development and leasing team including Durlach Associates and Landmark Enterprises have jointly leased over half of the building to an exceptional group of companies including: Choate Construction — ENR’s 2017 Southeast Builder of the Year; Environmental Resources Management (ERM) — a global provider of environmental, health, safety, risk, social consulting and sustainability services; Richardson Plowden & Robinson – a South Carolina based business-defense law firm with more than 35 attorneys and 80 support staff; Northwestern Mutual, a financial planning, insurance, and investment company founded in 1857, and Johnson & Lanning CPAs, a Mount Pleasant based full service CPA firm.
